1. Hobart's Hideout

Hobart will run off into this small building and hide there for the duration of your stay at Castle Maluradek. After you have fought off the Harpies, Wyverns and Beetles that attack your party when you first land here you can talk to Hobart, but he will defensively avoid any questions you ask about the Castle. He will allow you to trade with him however, and has amassed quite a stash over the years including Gauntlets of Ogre Power and a Bag of Holding. You can also rest here safely if necessary.

2. Temple of Helm / Entrance to Watchknight Crypt

This small temple of Helm is filled with Sword and Phase Spiders. Once you have killed them, walk over to the altar and collect the Manuscript of the High Watcher, it explains some of the castle's backstory.

Once you have visited each of the four towers you should return here and place the Symbol of Helm from the Northwest Tower in the offering bowl on the altar. This will open a secret entrance to the Watchknight Crypt.

3. The Luremaster / Castle Maluradek Gates

At the castle gates you will meet the Luremaster for the first time. He wants your party to prove themselves as heroes before leaving the castle, and has a fondness for bad poetry. He will recite the following riddle:

North, east, south, and west,
In towers four the purgatives rest.
Feed them where the spirits nest,
Or forever here remain, our guest.
Cryptic, as expected. Another one follows:
The sun rises, the earth warms,
Four men lie cold, yet no on mourns.
"Leave them be!" the mad lord warns,
and from my work their praise is shorn.

You must visit each of the four castle towers and collect a scroll from each one, each scroll describes the tale of a famous Watchknight and their deeds. Once you have each of the four tales you can take them to the tombs of the knights within the Watchknight Crypt. When you have completed this task the Luremaster will allow you to enter the Castle.
